In today's fast growing world we all are suffering from tension , trauma  financial problems ,family problems relationship problems and our mind wants some rest but in the race of success or money or love we didn't find the space for mind or ourself in today's  fast running world and that s why all of us are exhausted all the time and feels like tired all the time we feels like sleepy all the time so in this article we are going to know how to keep our mind and body calm .

 meditation whenever we think about that word the picture of a man or women with closed eyes nd sit in the position of sadhuwad, appears in our mind ,yeah meditation is exactly like  what we imagined but we only imagine the outer body of the meditating person but we don't know about the inner state of the body, in meditation the most important thing is peace the mental peace which keeps your mind calm,  focused , and free let,s think about peace the actual meaning of peace is like when your mind is not wondering when all of your thoughts are focused at one point .and this stage of mental peace is not easy to acquire and this is the reason of why today's generation are not following it because in todays generation all of us want quick results or outer body rest only there are few people who know the value of inner peace and they follow meditation for it .and they got the insane results from it .and all of us already know that all the successful people in the world they follow meditation becouse for success we need a stable body and mindset 
We all know the value of it but we just ignore it and this is the biggest mistake we ever do by doing meditation we can make right decision very quickly as we know that all of us have a potential to do something great so to understand the potential and to implement it we need mental peace and stability and for students it's like a magical formula all the students must do meditation 
We know that mental stability is not easy to acquire but that means is not that it is impossible it is only possible with your dedication and consistency in the end of the article I'm just want to say that meditation is like a invisible magic which make you feel happy in your life
